Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms cover your purchase of AI-made video ads from Hookframe Studio (“Hookframe”, “we”, “us”), 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Questions: hello@hookframeads.com. By paying for a package, you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

We make short vertical (9:16) UGC-style video ads from the product photos and brief you send us. The packages, prices, turnaround times and revision rounds are the ones shown on hookframeads.com when you buy. Turnaround starts when we have everything we need from you. Ad spend, media buying and posting to your accounts are not included.

2. AI-generated content and labeling

Our ads are made with AI tools. The people in them are AI-generated creators, not real customers, employees or paid actors, and they haven’t used your product. We don’t write fake reviews, results or testimonials. The files may carry AI markers added by the tools we use, and we won’t remove them.

You are responsible for switching on the AI-content labels that TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other platforms require when you post or run the ads, and for following the disclosure rules in your market. Because the footage comes from AI tools, we can’t promise that no similar-looking AI person appears in anyone else’s content.

3. Your materials and claims

You promise that you own, or have permission to use, the photos, logos, text and other materials you send us, and that they don’t infringe anyone’s rights. You also promise that every claim you ask us to make about your product is true and that you can back it up. We use only the claims in your brief, and you confirm the script before we generate. You are responsible for your product’s legal compliance, including health, safety and advertising rules. We may decline or stop work that looks misleading, unlawful, or that uses a real person’s likeness or someone else’s brand without permission.

4. Payment

You pay through Stripe checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. One-time packages are charged once at checkout. Taxes are added only if the checkout shows them.

5. Monthly Bundle and cancellation

The Monthly Bundle is a subscription: $1,200 is charged at checkout and again every month until you cancel. To cancel, email hello@hookframeads.com any time before your next billing date. We’ll cancel your subscription and confirm by email. Unused ads don’t roll over. If you cancel after a charge has gone through, we finish that month’s ads and don’t refund the month, unless section 6 applies.

6. Refunds

• Single Ad and 3-Ad Pack: ask for a full refund before we start production and we’ll refund you. Production starts when we begin generating your first video, after you’ve sent your brief and product materials and we’ve confirmed them by email. After that, we fix problems through your revision rounds. If we can’t deliver what you ordered after those revisions, we’ll refund the part we didn’t deliver.
• Monthly Bundle: there are no refunds for a month already started, except for ads we didn’t deliver. If you were charged after you cancelled in time, we’ll refund that charge.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to appear.

7. Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the site: 1 round for the Single Ad, and 2 rounds per ad for the 3-Ad Pack and the Monthly Bundle. A round means script tweaks, a re-cut, or regenerating a shot. Changes to the brief after we’ve started, or new products or new ads, are new work and are quoted separately.

8. Ownership and usage rights

When you’ve paid in full, you may use the final ads and raw clips we deliver for your own paid and organic advertising, anywhere you advertise. We don’t claim ownership of your materials. Your rights in AI output also depend on our AI tools’ own terms and on the law, which is still changing, and we can’t guarantee that the output can be copyrighted or that it is unique. We may show finished ads, with your brand name removed on request, in our portfolio. Email us if you’d rather we didn’t.

9. No guarantees on results

We can’t promise any sales, views or return on ad spend. Ads are provided “as is”, and we don’t make any other warranties beyond what the law requires.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hookframe isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost sales, or ad accounts or platform penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to (for the Monthly Bundle, the last month’s fee). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Please email us first so we can try to sort it out.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order. See also our Privacy Policy.
