Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Hookframe Studio (1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA) collects when you use hookframeads.com or buy from us, and what we do with it. Contact: hello@hookframeads.com.

What we collect

• The quote form. It doesn’t send anything to us from the page. The button opens a draft in your own email app, and we receive only what you choose to send. Nothing is stored on this site.
• Email. Your name, brand, email address, product details, photos and brief, and the messages we exchange while we work on your order.
• Payments (Stripe). Checkout is run by Stripe. Stripe collects your email, card or other payment details, and billing details, and shares with us your name, email, what you bought, and payment status. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the data it handles.
• Website visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you across sites. Our host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

How we use it

To make your ads, take payment, answer you, send you receipts and order updates, keep the site secure, and meet legal and tax obligations. The photos and brief you send are processed by third-party AI generation tools so we can produce your ads. We don’t use your materials to promote anything other than your own order, apart from the portfolio use in our Terms.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business (payments, email, hosting, analytics, and AI tools) and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project files while we work on your order and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need revisions or re-cuts. We keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires.

Your choices and deletion

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information and materials you gave us. Email hello@hookframeads.com and we’ll delete it from our active records and stop using it. Copies may remain in backups or with payment processors like Stripe, as required by law, until they age out.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. See also our Terms of Service.
